The blue dress

 

I saw a picture of this dress in Facebook and I just really wanted to draw someone wearing it so I decided Rouge   
In the original picture this dress was black but I wanted to color it blue so it would look more like school uniform But I doupt any school would let girls use uniforms like this Maybe in some anime but not in real life  But I must say I really like this dress I would love to have one And wear it if I only had good skin and bigger boobs
